Tried several books, all read aloud by people who could hardly read and mispronounced many words. Didn't expect professional actors, but i did expect literate people, skillful at reading aloud. It was painful to listen to them struggling to put the sentences together. This TOTALLY spoiled the experience and i am getting rid of the app this is the most disappointing app I have run into. Doesn't feel as if it quite adds up now. But I wonder how the volunteer system of readers will work now that we pay for the app? Doesn’t feel as if it quite adds up now.

I commute about an hour each way every day of the week, and being able to listen to the great classics you offer has been a pleasure. I thought I'd have to give this up, but am glad to see that Apple, in it's mercenary wisdom, has allowed you to offer the download version as a paid app. I will download it in the morning. I have no access to the internet for streaming at work or in my truck, so I have to wait till then. Thanks again for making so many great works available to the public. The author takes on each character with a unique voice and tone, and adds to an already great story. Nice job on that! I would buy more of these titles if they were available. I did download your Audiobook download app and noticed there is no 30 second skip forward or backwards option. This would really be helpful as using the slider is clumsy at best. Sometimes while driving I will miss out on something or want to hear it again. Having the 30 second skip option enables me to quickly navigate the book without having to use the slider. Also, if you could use big buttons for this feature, then it would make it much easier to access this function. There is a lot of whitespace on the screen, so I would think it an easy thing to do? Now, when can we expect this feature!! :) Hi, I really enjoyed Treasure Island. The author takes on each character with a unique voice and tone, and adds to an already great story. Nice job on that! Was the verdict that it must be a paid application to offer download in the app? Or were there other issues, too? I've talked with Apple and hadn't heard this angle yet. Either way - fantastic news and glad to see you're back in there! Congrats David! Was the verdict that it must be a paid application to offer download in the app? Or were there other issues, too?
