It simple came up as an application rather than an audiobook. I tried downloading it again but it didn;t work. In the end i had to download a different version (which works fine) but now i have paid twice. I contacted the Itunes store about this and they put me onto you. I am writing to get a refund on the book that didn’t work please.

I have sync’d my iPod and I am now getting a message “requires internet” and your web address at the bottom. Can you please tell me if I am doing something wrong. I can’t see the point of paying for audio books if I have to sit in front of my computer to listen to them, when I have an iPod.

We are releasing new audio books at the rate of 2 or 3 a day, and from what I understand books catalogued in the last six months or so at least are not yet available in your apps. People are disappointed, but they seem to come to us to ask, instead of you. Do you plan to update your catalogue?

My father owns an Android. I downloaded the free app for him but it is not as extensive as the paid app.
Will the paid app be available for the Android any time soon?
